After 14 years as expert on the questions of equality in the urban space, in particular on the politics youths in connection with those of the urban affairs, Edith Maruéjouls created an engineering consulting firm THE ARObE (L’Atelier Recherche Observatoire Egalité) which accompanies the implementation of the public politics of integrated equality. In October, 2014, She defended her thesis in doctorate of geography: “coeducation, equality and kind in the spaces of the leisure of the young people. Relevance of one feminist paradigm”. She since obtained her qualification of Lecturer. She is a member active of the association Genre et Ville.
Edith Maruéjouls suggests in his works analyzing the social phenomena under the angle of the kind. It is a systematic, epistemological and structural approach.
Leaning on the studies of the scientific feminists, she deconstructs the French company by highlighting the sexual stereotypes, the sexism and the real disparities which result from it. His recommendations open the way for an innovative and completely egalitarian company.
