Claire Saddy is the director of consulting firm “Tipi Formation et Conseil” which she founded in 2008. Since her stint as a human resources supervisor at “Groupe IGS,” she has shifted her focus to the facilitation of managerial training programs designed to develop managers’ creativity and emotional intelligence. Simultaneously, she has experience regarding gender equality, an expertise which greatly benefits her clients. She was National President of “Action’elles,” going on to found “Supplément Dame” and the “Réseau Economique Féminin,” bringing together 18 women’s groups from the economic world. She runs the incubator “Rhône-Alpes Pionnières,” which she set up in Lyon in 2010, and is the president of the “Fédération Pionnières.” She is also advising the “Région Rhône-Alpes Auvergne” in its acquisition of the “Label Egalité de l’AFNOR.” Additionally, Ms. Saddy teaches at the “Université Lyon 3” and at the INSA in Lyon. She is organizing a training for the “Ecole Nationale d’Administration” (ENA) in Paris, entitled “L’intelligence créative dans le management.” She is Deputy Mayor in charge of the Economy, Entrepreneurship, and Gender Equality in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon.
